By accessing or using I-Cantation ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

I-Cantation is a faith-based digital platform that uses AI to help users craft personal scripture-rooted declarations of faith ("incantations"). The App provides devotional tools, scripture references, and daily reminder features for spiritual encouragement.

I-Cantation is intended for personal, non-commercial spiritual use and is not a substitute for pastoral counseling, licensed mental health services, or professional medical advice.

You must create an account to access the full features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the App to generate, store, or share content that is:

• Vulgar, obscene, or sexually explicit
• Hateful, discriminatory, or threatening
• Blasphemous or intended to mock religious faith
• In violation of any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

You retain ownership of the personal incantations and notes you create. By saving content in the App, you grant I-Cantation a limited license to store and display that content solely for your use within the App.

AI-generated content produced through the App is provided as-is for your personal spiritual use. We make no claim of authorship over generated text.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. All fees are clearly disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be theologically perfect or suitable for every individual.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I-Cantation and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
